The meeting will take place in the Best Western Hotel Groningen Plaza in Groningen, located south of the city center, about 10 minutes by bus from the train station and 15 minutes from the city center:

Note that there is another Best Western Hotel in the center of Groningen.

The auditorium can hold 200 participants and has all the modern amenities (beamer, microphone, free wifi) required for a successful and efficient meeting.

Coffee, tea, cookies and other refreshments will be available during the day and lunch will be served in the hotel restaurant.
